After you click book now on our website, you will be sent a message with a booking reference. This is a provisional booking. We will review your request within 8 hours and then email you and text you confirming the booking with a booking confirmation number and a link to pay now! You have 24 hours to pay and secure your booking.
All journeys need to paid within 24 Hours of your confirmation email to secure the booking and vehicle.
